2. Applicant Qualification & Responsibility

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, if any, shall depend on the nature of service sought, stage of recruitment, expenses incurred by the time of payment, employer requirements and applicable laws.

Certain expenses paid to third parties, including medical examination, government fees, document processing, travel costs, etc. might be non-refundable as soon as service has been rendered and payment has been processed.

Refund terms must be duly confirmed in writing.

9. No Assurance of Work

Al-Samit Overseas acts as a recruiter firm that provides manpower placement services but cannot assure every candidate employment.
